Add forum for site issues

I suggest adding a forum just to discuss issuers or bugs in the forum software. For example, I tried uploading a profile pic today that is 113x113 pixels and PNG and nothing happened.

For profile pic, you're talking about avatars for the forums, right?

I looked at the restrictions on avatars, and I've got it set to allow .png, with a max file size of 2048 kB. It may have been 113*113 was tto small. I'll investigate.

Thanks. I'll try it out. I also tried jpegs but perhaps it wasn't the extension that was expected. I can remember if I tried jpeg or jpg.

I've been trying to fix it, and only made it worse. I'm asking the forum software people for help.
